Handmade Nature of Our Jewelry

Every piece from Cliffline Studio is handcrafted in small batches or made individually by hand. Because of this, slight variations in texture, finish, shape, and natural materials are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Many of my pieces incorporate natural materials such as abalone shell and freshwater pearls. Variations in color, pattern, iridescence, and texture are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.

Product photos are intended to represent the overall design, but each piece will be one of a kind.

Sterling Silver

All Cliffline Studio jewelry is crafted using sterling silver, a durable precious metal designed to be worn and enjoyed for years.

Sterling silver can be worn during everyday activities, including time spent outdoors and around water. In fact, many people find that regular wear helps keep silver bright and shiny.

Over time, sterling silver may naturally develop tarnish or a patina depending on factors such as humidity, salt exposure, skincare products, body chemistry, and storage conditions. This is a normal characteristic of silver and is not considered a defect.

If tarnish develops, it can typically be removed with a silver polishing cloth, restoring the metal's shine.

Each piece is made to be worn, used, and enjoyed!

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, all sales are final.
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to make it right.

Repairs

I stand behind my craftsmanship and want your jewelry to be enjoyed for years to come.

If your piece becomes damaged during normal wear, please contact me. Repair services may be available depending on the nature of the damage.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs unless the damage is determined to be the result of a workmanship issue.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cliffline Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
